- The act of complaint.
In case of a positive decision of the warranty department, the owner of the product, within a month after a positive response from the warranty department, is obliged to send the failed parts or the entire product to the manufacturer for further replacement. The owner of the product carries out work on the replacement of failed components at his own expense.
